When selecting a designer's choice style arrangement, please feel free to add personal requests in the special instruction area. We will do our best to fulfill your wishes.
Please provide an accurate phone number for the recipient, allowing us to provide a better delivery experience. We do not call the recipients prior to the delivery unless directed to do so. We require this phone number to facilitate an easy and correct delivery process. We are unable to complete your delivery without this information. As always, thank you.

Beautiful flowers and they smelled wonderful. Only half of what I requested was on the card so I removed it before giving it to the recipient. Still a 5 star review! ---- Florist's Response: We apologize for our confusion on your card message - we are glad you were pleased with the arrangement.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
