When selecting a designer's choice style arrangement, please feel free to add personal requests in the special instruction area. We will do our best to fulfill your wishes.
Please provide an accurate phone number for the recipient, allowing us to provide a better delivery experience. We do not call the recipients prior to the delivery unless directed to do so. We require this phone number to facilitate an easy and correct delivery process. We are unable to complete your delivery without this information. As always, thank you.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I should have known better than to entrust such an important flower order for a friend's memorial to a "national" online company--which I did, at first, before I came to my senses. (It turned out to be a scam company!) That's when I reached out to Montville Florist. The arrangement was to be delivered within Montville, so ordering from a local florist right there in Montville made perfect sense. VERY glad I did because Montville Florist delivered the beautiful arrangement on time and as described. Thank you so very much.
