We will insure the overall look and style of the arrangement you selected will be not be changed dramatically. When selecting a designer's choice style arrangement, please feel free to add personal requests in the special instruction area. We will do our best to fulfill your wishes.
Please provide an accurate phone number for the recipient, allowing us to provide a better delivery experience. We do not call the recipients prior to the delivery unless directed to do so. We require this phone number to facilitate an easy and correct delivery process. We are unable to complete your delivery without this information. As always, thank you.

Fresh flowers in shades of purple and blue arranged in a vase by our award-winning designers. Colors and styles vary based on our current stock. For further customization of the arrangement, call us at 860-848-1278.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

These flowers were for a neighbor whose wife recently passed away. I think it would do your business good to take a picture of the flowers before delivery, and email the picture to the person who made the purchase. That way the customer who purchased online can see what the final product looks like, and leave a more accurate review. Does that make sense? The delivery was perfect! Thank you.

Thank you for this lovely arrangement. My wife absolutely loves them. And had said she had never seen colors quite like those ones. You all did an amazing job.
