We will insure the overall look and style of the arrangement you selected will be not be changed dramatically. When selecting a designer's choice style arrangement, please feel free to add personal requests in the special instruction area. We will do our best to fulfill your wishes.
Please provide an accurate phone number for the recipient, allowing us to provide a better delivery experience. We do not call the recipients prior to the delivery unless directed to do so. We require this phone number to facilitate an easy and correct delivery process. We are unable to complete your delivery without this information. As always, thank you.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Excellent Florist in our local area. Beautiful bouquet and amazing arrangement of colors. Delivery was perfect and on time. All the Florists working there are very pleasant, and professional. Beautiful blooms and delivered on time, unfortunately the card had several name spelling and grammar mistakes on it which was a bit embarrassing. I typed the correct spelling into your website and several aspects were changed by whoever printed the card for delivery. ---- Florist's Response: As we said previously, we are deeply sorry for our error. Our newest staff member was less familiar with our POS system and neglected to recheck the spelling. We had a mini training session this morning and believe we will avoid any similar situations in the future. Again, we offer our apologies for our mistake, and appreciate your candor. We strive to improve with each sale.
