Working with Mother Nature has a few challenges - rest assured we are up to the task. We can't guarentee all flowers (colors and varieties) will be always be available, or the arrangement will look exactly like the image. Know our talented designers will create an eye catching arrangement using the freshest flowers available and your selected arrangement will retain the size, shape and value. When selecting a designer's choice style arrangement, please feel free to add personal requests in the special instruction area. We will do our best to fulfill your wishes.
Please provide an accurate phone number for the recipient, allowing us to provide you with a better delivery experience. We do not call the recipients prior to the delivery unless directed to do so. We require this phone number to facilitate an easy and correct delivery process. We are unable to complete your delivery without this information. As always, thank you.

Being able to order on phone was easier than going to Florist shop ---- Florist's Response: We agree! I love that I can reach out to Montville Florist from 1,000 miles away (I live in Atlanta) when I need to send flowers to friends and family back home in the Norwich/Montville/New London area. The flowers are beautiful, delivered as promised, and reasonably priced. In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
